Cleaning of highways and ATF radiator

At pollution of ATF oil or before installation of a new transmission blow a radiator and ATF highways by means of the compressed air (Max. 10th bar).

Carefully clear area of connections ATF/transmission highway, the highway of ATF/thermostat and ATF/radiator ATF highway.

Unscrew a bolt 1 and take ATF tubes from the thermostat 2 (fig. 3.61) .

Turn off ATF tubes from / to ATF radiator on the thermostat 2. Thus to hold on the thermostat.

Remove a radiator of ATF and merge oil.

Remove ATF tubes from a transmission (fig. 2.36) .

Connect a hose to ATF tube a box transfers/thermostat and fix by means of a shlangovy collar. Other end of a hose lower in suitable capacity.

Blow ATF tube by means of the compressed air.

Connect a hose to other tube of ATF and to repeat process.

Oil sealing rings of round section of ATF.

Establish tubes and ATF radiator.

Air removal from ATF contour

Check level of ATF and if necessary add.

Carry out a trial trip, thus the temperature of ATF should reach at least 100 °C at which of a contour of ATF air is removed.

After air removal from ATF contour ATF level in a transmission decreases. Therefore after ATF cooling again check its level.

ATF oil cool to temperature below 30 °C.

Check repeatedly ATF oil level.
